Regional Nurse Manager

The Multnomah County HHSC is hiring for a Regional Nurse Manager, within the Integrated Clinical Services Division, who will manage, plan, organize and supervise nursing, clinical interventions and community health activities within the Health Department. The Regional Nurse Manager will coordinate the delivery of nursing and clinical care at the  individual, family and population levels at more than one location; assure the investigation of disease outbreaks; provide guidance and supervision to nursing and related staff regarding clinical and nursing practice issues to include the development and improvement of policies and procedures; to assure the appropriate review and observation of nursing, medical, and community health activities; and performs a variety of tasks related to the management of clinical personnel and the delivery of  quality health services, budget and financial actions, and community involvement and partnerships.
