Provides expert clinical advice on HIV/AIDS management for health care providers, from those with limited access to expert consultation to those with complex antiretroviral resistance dilemmas. From 9 am to 8 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Provides expert guidance on considerations of providing PrEP to persons without HIV infection as part of an HIV prevention program. From 11 am to 6 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Provides expert guidance in managing healthcare worker exposures to HIV and hepatitis B and C. Callers receive immediate postexposure prophylaxis recommendations. From 9 am to 9 pm Eastern Time, seven days a week.

Provides 24/7 advice on indications and interpretations of standard and rapid HIV testing in pregnancy as well as consultation on antiretroviral use in pregnancy, labor and delivery, and the postpartum period.
