We are seeking a passionate and organized Training Coordinator I to join our AARTH Program team. This role will focus on coordinating day-to-day activities for AARTH programs that align with our mission, vision, and organizational goals. Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), the Training Coordinator will collaborate with community partners to enhance healthcare access and quality of life for our target populations.

Coordinates the implementation, quality control, and completion of research studies while assisting the Principal Investigator in determining and accomplishing study objectives. Oversees research studies in an administrative and operational capacity while maintaining compliance with guidelines set by governing agencies. This position will support the Utah AIDS Education and Training Center (UAETC) in implementing needs-based HIV training and capacity-building programs throughout Utah.
