Part-time HIV Peer Navigator position available for our Vancouver Salmon Creek Medical Clinic in Clark County. The HIV Peer Navigator, ideally a person living with HIV, will be primarily responsible for helping patients engage and remain in care for HIV treatment. This person will address the gaps in care for patients with a new diagnosis of HIV and those with higher needs who have been lost to care.
Temporary Full Time position available as a Gender Affirming Care Peer Navigator. This position is located in Vancouver, WA at the Salmon Creek Medical Clinic. The Gender Affirming Care Peer Navigator will be primarily responsible for helping patient’s engage and remain in care, including patients living with HIV, and patients at risk for HIV. They will work closely with Sea Mar Salmon Creek’s Rapid ART program for HIV treatment, as well as with patients seeking “gender affirming medical and surgical treatments” (GAMST).

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division (PHD), HIV/STD/TB Section in Portland, Oregon is recruiting for a HIV/STD/TB Medical Director to provide scientific and medical consultation, develop guidelines and guidance pertaining to reportable diseases- HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia, and oversee specific epidemiologic projects or grant funded programs which aim to improve population health.
