The Dakotas AIDS Education and Training Center (DAETC), a program of the Community HealthCare Association of the Dakotas (CHAD), offers provider education to improve patient health outcomes for people at risk for or living with HIV throughout North and South Dakota. CHAD is a 501(c)3 membership organization serving as the Primary Care Association for North and South Dakota with a mission to foster healthy communities by promoting and supporting programs that increase access to affordable high-quality care.

CHAD supports nine community health centers (CHCs) in North and South Dakota through training, technical assistance, and advocacy. For more than 25 years, CHAD has supported the efforts of CHC members and other community leaders to find solutions for improving healthcare options in areas of the Dakotas that need it most. DAETC's goal is to increase health care providers' capacity to provide high quality HIV/AIDS care within the region's health care system by providing a wide variety of services.
