1. Summarize drug overdose mortality trends in HHS Region 10.
2. Describe core infrastructure states are using to respond to the overdose epidemic.
3. Articulate at least three opportunities to improve overdose response within their sphere of influence.
4. Present a community-based organization’s approach to harm reduction and naloxone distribution.
