Join us as UW faculty present on discussions, papers, and presentation from the 46th Annual Conference of the Association for Medical Education and Research in Substance Abuse (AMERSA) that is being held in Boston, MA from November 10-12.
Objectives:
- Reflect on the benefits of incorporating a multidisciplinary team, including people with lived experience, in your research and clinical care of patients with substance use disorders.
- Identify two changes to MOUD (medications for opioid use disorder) prescribing policies that emerged during the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Describe three models for inpatient addiction consult services.
- Discuss innovative ways of providing care for patients with stimulant use disorder.
