This CDC site recommends organizations and other sources of information to help patients address a wide variety of issues that they may face living with HIV.


A wide variety of one-page patient fact sheets on HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention in English and nine other languages. Service Locator

Find HIV/AIDS related services by zip code including Ryan White clinics, health centers, testing sites, housing assistance, and other services.

Provides HIV basics, HIV related news, resource centers, health trackers, Blog Central, and Personal Stories among other sections.  Also sends out a weekly newsletter. 

Center for HIV Law Policy

Find HIV-related laws, guidelines for healthcare workers, and testing and treatment information by state. The HIV Policy Resource Bank is a comprehensive database on topics of importance to people living with HIV and their advocates.

PrEP Locator

An open source national directory of providers of HIV Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP). Users enter zip code(s) to locate nearby servers.

Project Inform

Resources, primarily downloadable PDF information booklets, for people with HIV and hepatitis C about how to make the best choices regarding treatment and care.
